Palm Coast Corners, a 160,000 square foot community shopping center, has provided a quality shopping experience for retailers and customers alike since the center opened for business in 1994.  It has 22,000 square feet targeted toward smaller retail tenants.  This center’s success through the years is attributable to its strong location at the corner of Cypress Point Parkway and Palm Coast Parkway in the prosperous enclave of Palm Coast, Florida.  Despite the loss of the original anchor tenant, K-Mart, the center experienced minimal small tenant vacancies between the time K-Mart left the center and when its space was re-leased to Beall’s.  Winn-Dixie is the other anchor tenant and was an original tenant of the center.
